In 2024, GRA formed a not-for-profit property advocacy group, Subdivision Advocacy NZ (SANZ), with Kirsty Merriman (developer) and Simon O'Connor (town planner).
The aim: to hold Auckland Council, Watercare/Veolia and Vector to account for the charges they impose on the people building Auckland's homes.
