Support SANZ efforts to fund independent reviews to bring attention to the cause
SANZ is raising funds to cover independent reviews of the concerns we have about Auckland Council.
We believe the Council's planning processes and financial models are dangerously flawed.
We have engaged experts to undertake economic and financial reviews, and a King's Counsel for a legal review.
No one involved with SANZ is being paid. We give our time for free.
Funds raised are to cover the legal and economic peer reviews, and to challenge development contributions increases that SANZ considers excessive, currently up to 254% in some areas, proposed by Council.
