Subdivision Advocacy NZ (SANZ) was formed to document and track the more extreme cases of overcharging and red zoning by Auckland Council, Watercare/Veolia and Vector.

We are giving a voice to developers who have:

• Paid for and been granted resource consent by Auckland Council, only to then be told they can’t connect to services due to infrastructure being at capacity
• Been ridiculously overcharged by Vector, Watercare or Veolia to connect to services

Developers can submit their cases under the Complaints Register tab, and upload relevant documents.

SANZ will bring these cases to the attention of central government. We are also considering litigation funding options.
